A delicious appetizer that needs no more than TWO ingredients
- Par-cooked bacon
The best scallops for this recipe are the dry-packed variety. If the only scallops you can find are soaked in a liquid solution, rinse them and pat dry. Wrap the scallops with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Bake the bacon-wrapped scallops at 375 degrees approximately 1/2 inch apart for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over cook.
