Russian Red Caviar Crostini
- 1 loaf French baguette
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 can red caviar
Cut the French baguette into slices as thin or thick as you like. Lightly toast the baguette slices so the crust is crispy but the bread is still soft. Put a thick layer of unsalted butter on each baguette followed by a layer of red caviar.
Always include a container of additional caviar on the plate so your guests can add to their slice if they prefer more.
