Turn any store-bought cheesecake into a wonderful 4th of July dessert!
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 large strawberries
- Whipped Cream
Wash blueberries and strawberries Cut strawberries lengthwise to create slices that look like star spokes.
Gently press the blueberries to the top of the cheesecake, just enough so they adhere and do not roll off. Create a star pattern from the strawberry slices. Spray whipped cream inside the star shape (you do not have to do this, but it adds that nice pop of crisp white to the top of the cake). If you wish to display the cake on your buffet or prior to serving it, do not add the whipped cream until you are ready to serve.
